While raising five children here on the Gold Coast, baking has always been a big part of my life,  from lunch box snacks to family events and wedding favors my baking has spread far and wide. My Rocky Road has always been a crowd favourite and so with lots of encouragement from my husband, children, and now their own families, I decided to start Margs Road. Handmade and personally packaged right here on the Gold Coast with quality ingredients, a little bit of my story goes into every batch.
